Powerhouse Content Studio Cake Literary Rebrands as Cake Creative

Cake Creative, helmed by Dhonielle Clayton, a New York Times bestselling author in her own right, and formerly known as Cake Literary, has relaunched with a striking new aesthetic story, major new deal announcements, and an expanded menu of offerings for creators and IP buyers alike.

Writers seeking to work with Cake Creative can submit their work, with or without representation, to be considered for projects spanning middle grade, young adult, and other children’s writing projects. Also ramping up is Cake Creative’s pipeline of projects for adult fiction and nonfiction across all genres, as well as continuing their production work via their Cake Pop division.

Cake Creative is the engine behind massive successes such as the Tristan Strong middle grade book series, a long-running New York Times bestseller list fixture, Tiny Pretty Things and the Netflix sensation of the same name, the explosive first-in-a-new-series, Futureland, the just-announced Love Radio, which sold in a massive 11-house auction, and many more.
